With the changes of seasons. Summer brings some changes to Rick’s Cafe Americain.
Memphis Blues and Baby Back Ribs on Thursday was a Great Success! Mark packed the house and I almost ran out of ribs.

Along with Mark’s Monday Night Blues and Fried Chicken (including salad OR dessert, $17), I am going to add a Cajun BBQ Shrimp dish (including salad AND dessert, $18) to Susan’s guitar and vocal arrangements on Tuesdays.
Keeping things light and fun for the summer, I have made a few changes to the menu: Gaspacho Milanese, Fresh Whole Artichokes (Grilled/Chilled), and our warm Asparagus Salad (including selections of grilled chicken, salmon, or Rotisserie Chicken (including salad AND dessert, $18) will be our regular special.
Thanks for your patronage at Rick’s over the years. It will be 14 years in July.
Give me a call when planning any parties this Spring and Summer, I enjoy messing up other peoples kitchen too.
